"Optimal" package

With a medium range of legal services.

Procedure of service delivery:
legal entity or a natural person individual entrepreneur signs with Management Consulting Group Ltd. a contract on legal services delivery (with a duration of 1 year). Legal services are provided on the basis of the defined set and a fixed fee is charged every calendar month.

The list of legal services included in the package:

1. Consulting services:
   • providing consultations, conclusions, information notes on legal issues arising during the client’s activity:
     restricted to 3 oral consultations and 1 written consultation per 1 calendar month.
   • conducting monitoring of legislation pertaining to the client’s business activity.
2. Legal maintenance of contractual procedures:
   • drawing commercial contracts, foreign economic contracts: limited to 2 copies per 1 calendar month;
   • legal analysis of business contracts, foreign economic contracts to bring them in conformity with current legislation requirements: limited to 4 copies per 1 calendar month;
   • legal maintenance and representation of the client’s interests during negotiation procedures with contracting parties in signing business contracts and foreign economic contracts.
3. Drawing documents:
   • Compiling letters, complaints, applications, claims, information notes, changes to the Statute;
   • arranging resolutions and claims for the client: limited to two complaints or two claims per 1 calendar month.
