We offer for your review three alternatives of legal service support:
Alternative 1: service performance under one-time agreement, which stipulates delivery of one sort of service only, e.g. framing of economic agreement (payment is made for actually delivered one-time service);
Alternative 2: Lviv Ltd. signs a legal service support agreement with MCGroup Ltd. (with validity term of 1 year), under which the services are performed subject to individual orders and payment is made for actually executed individual order;
Alternative 3: Lviv Ltd. signs a legal service support agreement with MCGroup Ltd. (with validity term of 1 year), under which the services are performed subject to the schedule of legal service support and payment is fixed and payable on monthly basis (each calendar month).
The lawyers of Management Consulting Group Ltd. are each specialized in certain fields of law, including civil, economic, corporate, investment and land law:
- legal service support to legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs;
- legal consulting on issues related to civil, economic, corporate, investment and land law;
- registration of natural persons-entrepreneurs, branches, private enterprises, LLCs (with foreign investments including) on a turnkey basis (in Lviv, Lviv Region, Kyiv), making amendments to the instruments of incorporation;
- arranging reorganization and dissolution (winding up) of business entities;
- due diligence on legal entities;
- obtaining a foreign person employment authorization;
- framing, legal analysis of instruments of incorporation, economic agreements, foreign economic contracts, other documents of legal nature;
- legal support while accrediting company with the customs authorities;
