By way of example, Lviv Ltd. is signing an Accounting Services Agreement with MCGroup Ltd. (term of agreement is 1 year), under which the following services shall be rendered:
1. keeping accounting records and tax accounting;
2. payroll job;
3. preparation and presentation of reporting;
4. current advisory services.
Basic advantages of accounting service:
First: There is no need to arrange a working place for a chief accountant, to provide with necessary accessories such as accounting and business machinery, stationery, periodicals, etc.
Second: There is no need to formally employ a chief accountant as a part of the staff list, and consequently there are no salary accruals and deductions payable to the State Obligatory Insurance Funds and State Budget.
Third: A company may attribute the amount payable for accounting service to the composition of gross expenditures.
