Management Consulting Group Limited Liability Company was established in 2005. It is a young dynamically developing company that provides legal and accounting servicing to Ukrainian companies as well as companies with foreign investments and is geared to handling client's individual needs with complex approach which allows reducing legal and financial risks.
For the purpose of providing comprehensive highly professional consulting services to business entities, at most contributing to their development dynamics, ensuring sustainability and competitive ability of their business operations, Management Consulting Group Ltd. has amalgamated specialized companies into a group of companies operating in legal, accounting and auditing areas of business.

LEGAL SERVICES:
- registration of natural persons: entrepreneurs, branches, private enterprises, LLCs, (with foreign investments including) on a turn-key basis; making amendments to the instruments of incorporation;
- reorganization, dissolution of business entities;
- providing legal support at obtaining license, permit (labor protection), quality certificate, hygiene certificate, company accreditation with customs authorities, obtaining a foreign person employment authorization;
- arrangement and support at concluding merger and acquisition agreements (M&A deals);
- due diligence on legal entities;
Company legal service support (we offer three alternatives for your review):
Alternative 1: service performance under one-time agreement, which stipulates delivery of one sort of service only, e.g. framing of economic agreement (payment is made for actually delivered one-time service);
Alternative 2: 1 Ltd. signs a legal service support agreement with Management Consulting Group Ltd. (with validity term of 1 year), under which the services are delivered subject to individual orders and payment is made for actually executed individual order;
Alternative 3: 1 Ltd. signs a legal service support agreement with Management Consulting Group Ltd. (with validity term of 1 year), under which the services are delivered subject to the schedule of legal service support (individually determined basing on a client’s needs) and payment is fixed and payable each calendar month;
Judicial practice (economic and tax disputes):
- filing complaints and statements of claim;
- appealing decisions of tax inspection;
- representing interests of legal entities and natural persons, entrepreneurs, at economic and administrative courts of all levels;
ACCOUNTING SERVICES:
- comprehensive book-keeping services for legal entities and natural persons, entrepreneurs (enterprise and tax accounting);
- keeping personnel records (drawing up administrative orders, staffing table, payroll accounting, keeping work record books);
- consulting on issues of processing economic operations and imposition of taxes;
- due diligence on legal entities;
- renewal of enterprise and tax accounting;
- handling negotiations with regulatory agencies;
- training, conducting workshops on accounting and tax laws
AUDITING SERVICES:
- audit of financial statements, prepared in compliance with the National Accounting Standards;
- audit of financial statements, prepared in compliance with the IFRS-IAS;
- transformation of financial statements in compliance with the IAS/IFRS;
- consolidation of financial statements of corporations and other associations of enterprises in compliance with National or International Accounting Standards/Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/IFRS);
- opinions on financial statements components;
- analysis of financial, tax and management accounting;

- legal and financial economic support at establishing business in Poland.
